What stood out most was the way he and the team spoke about my Dad with such warmth, dignity and respect, as though they had known him personally. It made us feel that he wasn't just another funeral they were arranging, but a person whose life truly mattered. During one of the hardest times of our lives, Martin guided us with kindness and empathy, making everything so much easier.
